Effective communication is essential for any individual to succeed. Our girls learn to communicate verbally and non-verbally to manage their emotions, set goals, establish boundaries, build trust, resolve conflicts, understand others, and overcome diversities. 

Mental health determines how one thinks, feels, and acts. We educate our girls on good mental health to build positive self-esteem and self-worth, maintain healthy boundaries and relationships, and overcome adversity. Our girls learn different methods of self-care to manage stress, promote health, and increase their energy. 

We teach our girls the importance of setting financial goals to prepare them for the future. We give our girls different resources and tools to manage their budgets, grow their assets, plan for emergencies, and become overall financially responsible. 

Puberty is an important milestone for every child as they transition into adolescence. We provide our girls with age-appropriate information about the physical and emotional changes in their bodies, the right resources to maintain healthy hygiene, and the proper knowledge to build their confidence. 

Sexual educational can be a difficult topic for anyone, no matter the age. However, we want to make sure that our girls receive the most accurate information to make healthy decisions throughout their lives. We begin the foundation of sexual education by discussing abstinence. We then cover the topics of respect & boundaries, consent, reproduction, contraception, and STD prevention.
